Overview

Best Western replaced multiple standalone systems with AssetBook, managing EV charging, floor heating, restaurant temperature monitoring, CCTV, lighting, and connected taps and showers — all from a single platform.

The Challenge

The hotel operated separate systems for EV charging, climate control, security cameras, lighting, and water management. Staff had to switch between multiple interfaces, maintenance was reactive rather than proactive, and there was no unified overview of facility status.

The Solution

AssetBook unified all hotel systems into one platform. EV chargers were connected with integrated payment processing via AssetBook Pay. Floor heating and restaurant temperature sensors feed into a single dashboard with automated alerts. CCTV live feeds are accessible alongside asset data for context-aware monitoring. Lighting is managed per zone with automated schedules. FM Mattsson connected taps and showers provide water usage insights and automated hygienic flushing.
